In case it's not clear - this Carol Speredelozzi is Dave's wife - not Joe's.

Accident! - All Are OK!!!

I just got these 2 notes forwarded and wanted to share:

Note 1:

Just in case any of you didn't know yet, we were the victims of a hit & run on the 405 freeway in LA Tuesday. Everyone is ok, but the Tahoe got pretty messed up. Glad I'm so anal about putting in the car seats correctly. We are still waiting to see if it will be repairable or not. Anyone know of a good used car deal??? I don't have time to type up a full description right now so you will have to settle for the pictures. Note the new tires I put on it the day before. I'm trying to convince myself that they are what kept us from flipping over so I can feel better about the $1000+ bill I haven't even received yet. I'll try to follow up tomorrow with the whole story.

Thanks for all the words of support. We are just glad that it all turned out OK. Now we are just waiting to see if it will be repairable or not. If they decide to total it by tomorrow we will have to spend the weekend shopping for a replacement in order to cash in on the end of the year deals going on. Anyway, enough of you were asking about the particulars that I made a picture. The two attachments are the same thing in both Power Point and JPEG formats.

The guy who hit us had plates that didn't match the vehicle he was driving, which probably explains why he was in such a hurry to leave before the highway patrol arrived.

I'm in Ridgecrest by myself tonight if anyone wants to get together for a beer and discuss. Tomorrow I return to LA for our anniversary and then the entire family comes back on Sunday so you will have to wait until then to get Christian's story.
